You can register for the course if you meet one of the following qualifications:

Holder of a Fitness Assistant Trainer certificate.

Student at a university, college, or institute of physical education and sports.

Documented practical experience in fitness training of no less than 2 years.

High-level athlete in a sport with documented experience of at least 5 years.

Duration of Study
The full program consists of 174 training hours, to be completed within a maximum period of 3 months from the date of registration. The program is divided as follows:

Online Study: 130 hours of online study covering the theoretical material, course book, training videos, and lectures on the academy platform. This also includes quizzes and the final theoretical exam on the Swedish Academy platform.

Practical Application: 40 hours of practical training as a coach in a fitness center under the supervision of the Swedish Academy of Sport Training and in cooperation with fitness center management in the student’s country.

Final Practical Exam: 4 hours for preparation and completion of the final practical exam.

How and When to Start
The electronic learning platform at the Swedish Academy of Sport Training (SAST) is the best in the Arab region, rivaling major universities and e-learning institutions in Europe and worldwide, according to specialists.
Students can enroll and start studying from anywhere in the world, at any time (24/7). Courses and exams are accessible immediately after registration, providing complete flexibility to learn and gain experience freely according to the student’s schedule. This approach moves away from traditional restrictive education and fosters creativity and problem-solving.

Exams and Passing Requirements
The course includes three types of assessments: theoretical, practical application, and final practical exam. The exam system and passing requirements are as follows:

1. Theoretical Exams
All theoretical exams are conducted electronically on the academy’s platform. Questions are randomly selected from a question bank based on the course’s scientific curriculum. Grading is automatic and immediate. Students receive their results instantly.

Quizzes:

Students must pass mandatory quizzes for each theoretical section before the final exam.

Each quiz contains no more than 10 multiple-choice questions.

Time is calculated as 1 minute per question.

Passing score: 80%.

Quizzes can be retaken unlimited times.

Students cannot take the final theoretical exam without passing all quizzes.

Final Theoretical Exam:

Eligible after passing all quizzes.

Must achieve at least 60% to pass.

50 multiple-choice questions with 4 options each.

Duration: 50 minutes.

Maximum of 3 attempts; additional attempts cost $50 each.

Cannot proceed to the final practical exam without passing the final theoretical exam.

2. Practical Application Exam

40 hours of hands-on training in a fitness center as a coach under direct supervision.

Training evaluation is submitted via two forms on the academy platform, signed and stamped by the fitness center.

Students cannot proceed to the final practical exam without successfully completing the practical training.

3. Final Practical Exam

Students are randomly assigned one training scenario from a set of cases.

Prepare a training program with at least 10 exercises for 10 repetitions with moderate load, uploaded to the platform.

Record a video performing the exercises (no audio) and upload for evaluation.

Passing is “Pass” or “Fail” with feedback; no percentage or score is given.

Exams can be retaken unlimited times based on evaluator feedback.

Cannot attempt the final practical exam without completing all previous requirements.

Final Grade Calculation:

Practical Exam: 50%

Theoretical Exam: 30%

Practical Application: 20%

Passing requires successful completion of all three components. All exams must be completed within 45 days of starting the course.

Certificate of Completion
After completing the course and passing all exams, students receive a certificate sent to their email and stored in their academy profile. The certificate is accredited by:
