You can register for the course if you meet one of the following qualifications:
- Holder of a Fitness Trainer Certificate.
- Graduate of a university, college, or institute of physical education and sports.
- Documented practical experience in the field of fitness training of at least five years.
- Professional athlete (professional clubs or national teams) in a sport, with documented proof.
- Additionally, you must hold a First Aid Certificate and a Sports Nutrition Certificate.

Course Duration:
The total program is 284 training hours, to be completed within 6 months from registration.
1. Online Study – 194 hours:
- Study theoretical material from the scientific curriculum and course book.
- Follow training videos and lectures on the Academy platform.
- Complete quizzes and the final theoretical exam on the SAST platform.
2. Practical Training – 80 hours:
- Conduct practical training in a fitness center as a personal trainer.
3. Final Practical Exam – 10 hours:
- Includes preparation and execution of the final practical exam.

Exams and Passing Requirements:
The course includes both theoretical and practical assessments. The exam and passing system is as follows:
1. Theoretical Exams:
All theoretical exams at SAST are conducted online via the platform, with random questions drawn from a question bank based on the course curriculum. Exams are automatically graded, and results are displayed immediately.
Quizzes:
Students must pass mandatory quizzes for each chapter before proceeding to the final exam.
- Each quiz contains no more than 10 multiple-choice questions.
- Exam time: one minute per question.
- Passing score: 80%.
- Quizzes can be retaken an unlimited number of times.
The final theoretical exam cannot be taken until all quizzes are passed.
Final Theoretical Exam:
- Students may take the final exam after passing all mandatory quizzes.
- Passing score: 60%.
- The exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions with four options each.
- Duration: 100 minutes.
- Each student is allowed a maximum of two attempts to pass. Students who fail both attempts may request an additional attempt for USD 50 per attempt.
- The final practical exam cannot be taken unless the theoretical exam is successfully completed.
2. Practical Training Assessment:
- 80 hours of practical training in a fitness center as a personal trainer, under direct supervision.
- Training is documented using the Training Approval Form and Performance Evaluation Form, available in the Exams section.
- After completing the practical training, both forms must be uploaded to the Academy platform, signed and stamped by the fitness center.
- The final practical exam can only be taken after successful completion of practical training.
3. Final Practical Exam:
- The final practical exam includes a variety of training scenarios, with one randomly selected for the student.
- Scenario details are displayed at the start of the exam in the Exams section of the platform.
- The exam date is scheduled in coordination with the instructor and supervisor, and conducted live in the fitness center with camera recording.
- The practical exam lasts approximately 45 minutes.

Preparation of the Training Program:
The student must prepare a comprehensive training program suitable for the assigned scenario, including exercises, execution, and sequence in a professional, organized manner.
During the exam, the student acts as the supervising trainer, guiding a model participant, focusing on proper exercise technique, load and repetitions, accuracy, and safety according to professional standards.
6. Evaluation and Passing Criteria:
Performance is evaluated as “Pass” (with feedback) or “Fail” if there are major errors affecting execution.
7. Retake Policy:
Students who do not pass may take an additional exam for USD 50 per attempt.
8. Practical Exam Requirements:
The final practical exam can only be taken after successfully completing all prior theoretical and practical requirements.
Final Grade Calculation:
- Practical Exam: 50%
- Theoretical Exam: 25%
- Practical Training: 25%
Students must pass all three components to receive the certificate.
Certificate:
Upon successful completion, students receive a certificate sent to their email and stored in their profile on the Academy platform, officially accredited by:
