Study Duration
The program consists of 56 study hours, to be completed within a maximum period of 3 months from the date of registration.
The theoretical study is conducted online, including the course manual, educational videos, and recorded lectures through the SAST learning platform.
Students must also complete chapter quizzes and the final theoretical exam via the SAST online platform.

Examinations and Success Requirements
All theoretical exams at the Swedish Academy of Sport Training (SAST) are conducted online through the academy’s platform.
Questions are selected randomly from a question bank based on the course’s scientific curriculum.
The exams are auto-corrected instantly, and results appear immediately upon completion, following a structured grading system defined for each course.
Chapter Quizzes
Before proceeding to the final exam, students must successfully complete a number of mandatory quizzes, as follows:
- One mandatory quiz for each chapter of the theoretical material.
- Each quiz contains no more than 10 multiple-choice questions.
- Exam duration is 1 minute per question.
- The passing grade for each quiz is 80%.
- Students can retake the quiz unlimited times.
Students cannot take the final theoretical exam until all quizzes are successfully completed.
Final Theoretical Exam
- Students may take the final exam only after passing all required quizzes.
- A minimum passing score of 60% is required to pass the final exam.
- The exam includes 50 multiple-choice questions, each with four options.
- The duration of the exam is 50 minutes.
- Each student may attempt the final exam a maximum of two times.
- Students who fail both attempts may request an additional attempt for an extra fee of USD 50 per attempt.
Graduation Certificate
Upon completing the course and successfully passing all exams, the student will receive an official certificate of completion, sent directly to their email and stored in their personal profile on the SAST platform.
